Important Update: A New Login Experience for OneStop Products


As part of our ongoing commitment to improving your experience, we're introducing a new, unified login and password reset experience across select OneStop products. This change is powered by a leading authentication platform, providing enhanced security and laying the groundwork for future Single Sign-On (SSO) functionality.

What's Changing?

From Tuesday, 15 July 2025, you'll see a new login screen when accessing the following OneStop products:

  • Gateway?
  • ComTrac?
  • Rail Tag and Release?
  • CMR Reporting?
  • EIDO?
  • Booking List Validation


What You Need to Do

  • You can continue using your existing credentials. Please ensure your username is correctly entered in the user field.?
  • If you experience any issues logging in, we recommend restarting your browser and/or clearing your browser cache.? 

    How to clear your browser cache:?

    Google Chrome

     Microsoft Edge
     
  • If you've forgotten your password or need to reset it, simply click the 'Forgot Password' link on the new login screen and follow the prompts.

This update is part of a phased rollout across our product suite throughout 2025. We'll keep you informed as additional products transition to the new experience.
