Port Alert: Kite Street Overpass update - inbound lanes have
re-opened, Tuesday 16 September 2025 

Motorists please be advised the Kite Street Overpass inbound lanes (entering
Fisherman Islands) have re-opened following the completion of surfacing works, Tuesday 16 September 2025.

Both lanes are now open to traffic, however temporary barriers will remain in place on the shoulder until the barrier repairs are completed.

We request all drivers maintain the speed limit of 60km/hr on the bridge.
