Freight & Trade Alliance (FTA) and the Australian Peak Shippers Association (APSA) would like to notify members that DP World Brisbane Terminal has announced a closure for an IT upgrade on Wednesday 15th October 2025 from 0600hrs – 1500hrs.

Issue: Terminal IT Outage this Wednesday 15/10 06:00-15:00.
Short Description: Please be advised that the Terminal will be closed this Wednesday dayshift as all operations will be offline for an IT outage, Wednesday 15/10 between 06:00-15:00.
Please note that Terminal operations will be offline between the zones of 06:00-15:00 22/01, as In-Gates, Out-Gates, and ASC's will be offline.
Once the outage is complete 1-stop notice will be sent, and In-gates will be opened.
Issue Impact: Please note that last slot Wednesday morning is 05:00 15/10 for gates to be closed from 06:00 *** Please don't be late as the Front Gate will be closed at 06:00 Wednesday morning, 15/10.
Please note the system will be offline as of 06:30.
Transport- Please take note of this outage, please do not manifest and send drivers to the terminal between 06:00-15:00 this Wednesday, 15/10 as the Front Gate will be closed at 06:00 15/10.
Stack Run Carriers- Please take note of this outage, please do not send drivers to the terminal between 06:00-15:00 this Wednesday, 15/10 as Front Gate will be closed.
