Purpose

This Industry Advice Notice (IAN) is to notify all Plant Exports Management System (PEMS) users, including plant export clients, exporters and authorised officers, of enhancements to PEMS.

Summary of changes and key points

• PEMS was updated during the following times:
  • 11:00 pm on 11 October 2025 to 1:00 am on 12 October 2025 (AEDT)
• The updates were necessary to implement a series of system enhancements. For details on the enhancements, please refer to What's New, What's different: Quick Reference Guide.
