In regards to the issues from the ANL Gippsland, the below has been issued via 1-stop:
For any slots impacted by the ANL Gippsland issue at DPW yesterday 18/11, please submit an Unforeseen Event request via the Transport for NSW CEOS system.
As per mandatory standards, carriers are required to notify TfNSW as soon as possible. Notification can be made via email (landsideimprovement@transport.nsw.gov.au) or through the TfNSW webpage (https://ceos.ot.transport.nsw.gov.au/).
Please note that all containers need to be released individually, so please monitor your containers in 1-Stop for clearance updates.
DPW has also advised that an additional free day will be granted for containers discharged from the ANL Gippsland, making the LFD 21/11.
