OPERATIONAL UPDATE - WEATHER-RELATED IMPACTS ON MODULE AVAILABLE AT FISHERMAN ISLAND TERMINAL

I'm writing to update you on the operational impacts following the severe storm that have passed through our Fisherman Island Terminal since Monday afternoon.

High winds caused a stack of containers in Module 8 to topple and disrupted several surrounding stacks, rendering them unsafe for immediate movement. Minor repairs have also been required in Modules 7 and 1. These conditions have temporarily reduced operating speeds while our teams work to safely restore the affected modules.

Since Monday, electrical activity and high-wind storms have dominated the afternoons, further slowing recovery efforts. Forecasts indicate continued weather instability this week, and we are actively managing operations with safety as our first priority.

We expect a sequential release of module availability over the next 48 hours. During this period, customers may experience slower truck turn times, and some vessels may be affected where cargo is stored within the impacted modules.

We apologise for the inconvenience this may cause. Your business is important to us, and our team will work closely with you to minimise disruption and support your operational needs wherever possible.

If you have any immediate concerns, please contact your DP World representative.

Kind regards,

Erin Sweeney
