Freight & Trade Alliance (FTA) and the Australian Peak Shippers Association (APSA) wish to advise members that all terminal operations at DP World Brisbane will cease due to a terminal IT outage on Tuesday, 9 December 2025, from 12:00 to 16:00 hrs.

Short Description: -
Dear carriers
Please be aware that the terminal will be closed Tuesday 09/12 between 12:00-16:00 for a planned IT outage.
Terminal operations will be offline between the zones of 12:00-16:00 12/11.
The Front Gate will be closed at 12 noon -Gates, and ASC's will be offline.

Issue Impact: -
Please note that the last slot Tuesday is 11:00 09/12 as the gates will be closed at 12:00.
Please don't be late as the Front Gate will be closed at 12:00 Tuesday morning, 09/12.
Transport- Please take note of this outage, please do not manifest and send drivers to the terminal between 12:00-16:00 this Tuesday, 09/12 as the Front Gate will be closed.
Stack Run Carriers- Please take note of this outage, please do not send drivers to the terminal between 12:00-16:00 this Tuesday, 09/12 as Front Gate will be closed.
