Landside Customer Service – Extended Hours at VICT
Our Landside Customer Service team works closely with more than 160 transport companies, coordinating the movement of 2,200+ containers through the gate each day.
The team – Jeremy, Max, Jessica, Melissa and Leah, led by Rea – support a fast-paced landside operation at the centre of the supply chain.
Following consultation with industry, Landside Customer Service hours have been extended effective January 5th, 2026, as follows:
New hours are Monday to Friday 0600 - 2130, Saturday & Sunday 0600 - 1400
