MANDATORY ABF CPD MODULE
The Australian Border Force have advised that the Mandatory ABF CPD Module for the customs broker licensing period ending 31 March 2026 will be scheduled to
go live on 1 January 2026.

The Department of Agriculture, Fisheries & Forestry (DAFF) have advised
there will be NO Mandatory CBC Activity or assessment for the period ending 31 March 2026

2025-2026 FTA ONLINE CPD & CBC TRAINING PACKAGES
Are you organised for your Continuing Professional Development (CPD) and Continued Biosecurity Competency (CBC) training?
FTA offers
online
training for the customs broker licencing period 1 April to 31 March each year. The cost of an online training package is
$150 (excl. gst)
for member organisations bulk discounts are available on a sliding scale.
Licensed customs brokers
not
employed by a corporate FTA member, can purchase an Individual Membership which includes online CPD training for the cost of only $300 (excl. gst) per customs broker licensing period.

The information can be seen at the below link, however we remind all members to stay alert to notices from CargoWise / Containerchain and OneStop as well as monitoring the various web sites for changes to what has already been received. This list will be updated as more information comes to hand.

The submission reflects input from across Western Australia's freight and logistics sector and highlights the airport's critical role in supporting high-value, time-sensitive and specialist cargo.
It emphasises the need for long-term freight planning that protects industrial land, strengthens landside connectivity, and ensures cargo capacity and resilience keep pace with future growth.
