Please be advised of further temporary access changes affecting parts of the Fremantle Ports precinct in mid-January, associated with SailGP event activities in Fremantle.
The key access impacts are outlined below.
Access changes
- North Quay - North Mole Drive
Temporary closure to the general public from 10:00 pm Tuesday 14 January.
Access will reopen on Monday 19 January.
Please note this will not affect any North Quay operators or tenants.
- Victoria Quay – Cliff Street roundabout (main entry)
The main access into Victoria Quay at the Cliff Street roundabout, will be closed from 10am to 5pm on 17 & 18 January. The exit from Victoria Quay via the roundabout will be permitted.
- Victoria Quay – alternative access
Access will remain available via the Beach Street underpass (opposite Officeworks).
- Fleet Street
Access is currently limited.
Temporary closure from Monday 12 January until late January.
Key dates
- Monday 12 January – Fleet Street access changes commence.
- Wednesday 14 January (PM) – North Mole closed.
- Friday 16 January - Official practice racing.
- Saturday 17 – Sunday 18 January – Race Days and Reduced inbound access at Cliff Street roundabout.
- Monday 19 January – North Mole reopens.
- Friday 30 January 2026 - Reopening of South Mole to public.
