Freight & Trade Alliance (FTA) and the Australian Peak Shippers Association (APSA) have received a notice to industry from Qantas Freight some temporary disruption impacting some Qantas Freight Services. We are currently experiencing a known technical issue that is impacting some online applications, including calls to our Customer Service Unit. Our teams are working as a priority to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. While the disruption is being addressed, some customers may experience delays or limited functionality when accessing affected services online and at our terminals. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience and understanding. We will continue to provide updates on this page and will advise once services have returned to normal.
