| Freight & Trade Alliance (FTA) has been provided with a further update in regard to the 1-Stop messaging issues and the payment products being impacted.
1-Stop have issued the following notice:
Dear Customers
We are aware of an issue currently impacting the following messaging and payment products: - EIDO's
- PRAs
- CMR Messaging
- Train Consist
- Rail Tag and Release
- ComTrac (Including vessel schedules and container movements)
- ComPay Payments
Our team is actively investigating and working to resolve the issue as a priority.
During this time, messages can still be submitted; however, responses may be delayed.
Please do not resubmit messages, as this may create duplication once normal processing resumes.
We will provide a further update as soon as the issue has been resolved.
