Restored time: As of: 01:00am Thursday 12 March 2026 (AEDT).

The unplanned service disruption to outbound messages from DAFF systems to the Department of Home Affairs (DoHA) Integrated Cargo System (ICS) has been resolved.

Outbound messages from departmental systems to DoHA's ICS are being transmitted as normal.

Action

No action required. Any backlog of messages queued as a result of the unplanned service disruption are currently being processed.
