Who does this notice effect?

Pre-border biosecurity treatment providers applying for registration under AusTreat.

What has changed?

ProviderHub is now live for fumigation treatments, enabling a new, more convenient way to register as a pre-border biosecurity treatment Provider under AusTreat.

Information on system access and a Help Card is now available on the AusTreat page.

What is Providerhub?

ProviderHub is the new registration platform, which delivers an online capability for the department and treatment providers to manage registration information.

The new online registration solution has replaced the paper-based process and will make registration easier for industry and Government.

What does Providerhub mean for me?

ProviderHub replaced manual processes and the use of forms, providing faster processing and an improved user experience.

ProviderHub has been released with the ability to register under AusTreat for methyl bromide, sulfuryl fluoride and ethyl formate fumigation.

We expect registrations for heat treatment will be available in the ProviderHub in April 2026.

Registrations for controlled atmosphere will continue to use the existing forms.

When will I be able to start using Providerhub?

ProviderHub is now available for use. Links and further information are available on the AusTreat page.
