All importers of plants, cats and/or dogs who will be required to use the Post Entry Biosecurity System during this planned maintenance period.

Information

The schedule maintenance planned for Tuesday 07 April to Wednesday 08 April 2026 has been postponed to Thursday 09 April to Friday 10 April 2026.

Due to scheduled infrastructure maintenance, the Post Entry Biosecurity System (PEBS) will be unavailable between 23:00 Thursday 09 April to 00:00 Friday 10 April 2026 (AEST).

Clients are advised to await the completion of this maintenance period before attempting to access this service.
