Who does this notice affect?
Approved arrangements operators, customs brokers, importers, manned depots, and freight forwarders who are required to book and manage requests for inspections through the Biosecurity Portal using the 'Sign in with your Digital Identity to access' pathway.
Class 14.4 approved arrangement operators attempting to access/report rural tailgate inspection outcomes.
Approved arrangements operators who will be required to view electronic government certificates (eCertificates) and relevant attachments online via external verification for eCertificates (EVE) as part of document assessment for imported goods.
All users of the Australian Government's Relationship Authorisation Manager (RAM) website.
Information
Due to scheduled infrastructure maintenance at Services Australia, there will be a scheduled outage from 23:30 Thursday 04 June to 07:00 Friday 05 June 2026 (AEST) to the RAM website, and the following departmental systems and services which require RAM and / or Digital Identity (myID) to access:
- Biosecurity Portal – 'Sign in with your Digital Identity to access' pathway, including the following linked systems and services:
- Inspection Services
- Approved Arrangements (AA) Class 14.4 outcomes
- EVE
Users of the above-listed services may experience error messages and/or may be unable to access these services for the duration of the outage window.
The following departmental systems and services are not impacted during the outage window and will be accessible as normal:
- Biosecurity Portal – 'Sign in with your email address to access' pathway, including the following linked systems and services:
- Inspection services
- Approved Arrangement Management Product (AAMP)
- Biosecurity Cargo Status Tracker (Industry Reporting)
- ProviderHub
Action
Users of the above-listed affected systems and services are advised to await the completion of this planned maintenance period before attempting to access these services.
