Freight & Trade Alliance (FTA) and the Australian Peak Shippers Association (APSA) have received a notice to industry from Qantas Freight regarding possible delays affecting import shipments at Melbourne Airport: Operational update: scheduled ETV maintenance Melbourne terminalPublished 22 July 2026 We'll be conducting scheduled maintenance on the Elevated Transfer Vehicle (ETV) equipment at our Melbourne terminal on Saturday 25 July. During the maintenance window, our ULD handling capacity may be temporarily reduced or unavailable. The affected times are: - TV1 offline from 10:30am to 12:30pm (AEST)
- TV3 offline from 11:10am to 2:45pm (AEST)
To help keep things moving, we kindly ask that ULDs for lodgement or collection are delivered before 10:30am or after 2:30pm (AEST) on Saturday where possible.
