DAFF - ISN : 145-2026 Unplanned Service Disruption: Thursday 30 July 2026 - ADI and iRAM

Who does this notice affect?

This notice applies to airlines, aircraft operators and their contracted services (third party disinsection treatment providers) on an Approved Arrangement with the Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry (the department) or Compliance Agreement with the Ministry for Primary Industries New Zealand (MPI), as current users of the Aircraft Disinsection Information (ADI) database. 

Information

Since approximately 01:30 this morning (Thursday 30 July 2026 AEST), the Aircraft Disinsection Information (ADI) and Import Relationship and Access Manager (iRAM) are experiencing an unplanned service disruption. As a result, users cannot access these systems. 

This issue is being investigated as a high priority, and the department will advise once resolved.

Action

Please document any disinsection information to be entered once ADI is online.
