ACFS Port Logistics - CEO message - Update 7

Monday, August 17, 2026

Freight & Trade Alliance (FTA) and the Australian Peak Shippers Association (APSA) have received the following notice from ACFS executive.

Monday 17 August 2026

Dear Customers and Partners,

I am pleased to report that all ACFS Port Logistics (Australia) operations ran smoothly throughout the network, and without any unforeseen disruptions.

Our teams across Victoria, New South Wales, Queensland, Western Australia and South Australia are doing an exemplary job. Not only did they ensure all container movements and vessel connections were met as scheduled, they also:
  • Collected import containers within applicable free time and positioned them for customer deliveries over the coming week.
  • Conducted empty container stackrun operations under BAU, completing movements within allocated wharf windows.
  • Prepared containers for pre-loading and or staging for delivery this week, across the network.

As a result, our national operations network is set up well for the week. Our focus remains on:
  • Meeting vessel connections and cut off requirements for export FCL.
  • Collecting import containers within availability free time and wherever operationally achievable on first day and or prior.
  • Maintaining efficient delivery of customer containers and or freight.
  • Supporting scheduled empty container stack runs within allocated terminal windows.
  • Proactively managing terminal, depot and transport requirements.
  • Maintaining clear communication with customers where exceptions arise.

Thank you all for your confidence and continued support. Please continue to reach out to your local ACFS representatives should you have any questions about the week ahead and ongoing delivery of services.

Kind Regards

Arthur Tzaneros
