ACFS Port Logistics - Executive message - UPDATE 10

Thursday, August 20, 2026

Freight & Trade Alliance (FTA) and the Australian Peak Shippers Association (APSA) have received the following notice from ACFS executive.

Thursday 20 August 2026

Dear Customers and Partners,

The Administrators of ACFS Port Logistics Australia held the first creditors meeting earlier this week, which I know some of you attended as parties owed debts by this business.

I want to thank you again for your patience and support as we work through this process with the Receivers and Managers, and reiterate it is the Tzaneros family's absolute intent to ensure every one of you is paid in full through this process. This includes a guarantee that under this plan, no creditor will be asked to compromise their claim.

Behind the scenes, we continue to work on the recapitalisation of this business, and there is a team of great people and advisers working on this for the Tzaneros Interests full time, whilst the Receiver and Manager work through their process in parallel.

I am pleased to see that The Australian Financial Review has retracted its story from earlier this week claiming that Commonwealth Bank is a creditor, and that the issues being addressed by our Receivers and Managers spread beyond the ACFS Australia business. We were able to provide evidence that this reporting was incorrect, and I am grateful that the Fin acted so quickly after seeing that evidence.

We may continue to see similar speculation over the coming weeks, as the administration process continues. Please don't hesitate to contact me if you see anything that gives you cause for concern.

I can confirm that our business continues to operate without interruption.

I am also pleased to be able to confirm following this week's creditors meeting that all ACFS Australia employee entitlements will continue to be met under business operations during the administration, and not through the creditor process. This is testament to the strong fundamentals of the business.

Kind regards,

Terry Tzaneros
Managing Director
