Detail:

As of approximately 09:30 Sunday 23 August 2026 (AEST) there was an unplanned service disruption to emailing services.

The Department of Agriculture Fisheries and Forestry was experiencing an unplanned service disruption. As a result the Agriculture Import Management System (AIMS) was unable to send emails to external clients from 21:30 on Saturday 22nd of August until 19:45 on Sunday 23rd of August.

This issue has now been resolved, and the Agriculture Import Management System (AIMS) is sending emails as per normal. There maybe a delay while the backlog of emails is processed and sent to clients.

The department apologises for any inconvenience caused.
