We're making a change to how you receive shipment updates. We will no longer send manual Notice of Arrival (NOA) notifications for your shipments.
Instead, you can track your freight and manage how you're notified anytime through freight.qantas.com. You'll have the information you need whenever you need it, while our teams stay focused on getting your freight to you.
Here's how to stay across your shipments.
- Track & Trace: See your shipment milestones in real time, including when your freight is ready for collection. You can track up to 10 air waybill (AWB) numbers at a time.
- Manage your notifications: For bookings made directly with Qantas, you can choose how you're notified through Manage Shipments. Just make sure you set this up before your shipment departs.
