• Cargo Report Self Assessed Clearance (CRSAC)

All clients of the Export / Next Export Documentation (EXDOC/NEXDOC) systems.

Restored time: As of 02:30am Friday 18 September 2026 (AEST).

Detail: Between 19:00pm Thursday 17 September and 02:30am Friday 18 September 2026 (AEST), the Department of Home Affairs – Integrated Cargo System (ICS) – was experiencing an unplanned outage. This resulted in messaging delays between the ICS and DAFF systems.

The outage to the ICS has since been resolved, and the backlog of messages queued between the ICS and DAFF applications is currently being transmitted.

No action required. The department apologises for any inconvenience caused.
