Who does this notice affect?

Approved arrangement operators who will be required to view and/or update details of their Approved Arrangement via the Approved Arrangement Management Product (AAMP).

All importers and customs brokers who will be required to lodge imported cargo documentation to the department for biosecurity assessment.

All shipping agents or operators of maritime conveyances who will be required to report pre-arrival information.

All clients who will be required to make an online payment to the department.

All importers of plants, cats and/or dogs who will be required to use the Post Entry Biosecurity System (PEBS).

Information

To support scheduled infrastructure maintenance, there will be four (4) separate scheduled outages to the below listed systems from:

• 19:00 Monday 26 October to 04:00 Tuesday 27 October 2026 (AEDT).
• 23:00 Tuesday 27 October to 04:00 Wednesday 28 October 2026 (AEDT).
• 23:00 Wednesday 28 October to 04:00 Thursday 29 October 2026 (AEDT).
• 23:00 Thursday 29 October to 04:00 Friday 30 October 2026 (AEDT).

Affected systems

• AAMP
• Cargo Online Lodgement System (COLS)
• Cargo Online Lodgement System Business to Government (COLSB2G)
• Maritime and Aircraft Reporting System (MARS)
• Online Payment Service (OPS)
• PEBS

Action

Clients are advised not to access these systems/services during the maintenance periods.
