Who does this notice affect?

All importers and customs brokers who will be required to lodge imported cargo documentation to the department for biosecurity assessment.

All shipping agents or operators of maritime conveyances who will be required to report pre-arrival information.

Information

This scheduled infrastructure maintenance has been postponed. As a result, there will no longer be a scheduled outage to the following systems during the date and time previously advised:

  • Cargo Online Lodgement System (COLS)
  • Cargo Online Lodgement System Business to Government (COLSB2G)
  • Maritime and Aircraft Reporting System (MARS)

Action

No action required. The department will advise of the rescheduled infrastructure maintenance and associated outage window once confirmed.
