Who does this notice affect?

All importers and customs brokers who will be required to lodge imported cargo documentation to the department for biosecurity assessment during this planned maintenance period.

Information

Due to urgent scheduled infrastructure maintenance, there will be a scheduled service disruption (service degradation) to the below listed systems between 23:00 Saturday 07 November to 02:00 Sunday 08 November 2026 (AEDT).

Users may experience intermittent slowness and/or inability to load pages/execute functions during the service disruption window:

• Cargo Online Lodgement System (COLS)
• Cargo Online Lodgement System Business-To-Government (COLSB2G)

Action

Where possible, users of the above-listed systems are advised to await the completion of this planned maintenance period before attempting to access these services.
