Women in Logistics
In 2016 FTA established 'Women in Logistics' (WIL) to facilitate support and opportunities for networking and professional/personal development for women in the freight logistics and international trade sector.
FTA is proud to partner with like-minded organisations in hosting Women in Logistics events. The aim of this initiative is to provide an opportunity for both women and men in our industry to network, learn and professionally develop in an inclusive operational environment. Importantly, all profits from Women in Logistics events go to charity.
FTA and APSA have also formed an alliance with the Women's International Shipping & Trading Association (WISTA) whose "Mission is to attract and support women in the maritime, trading and logistics sectors".
